What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is an emerging profession that uses the science and philosophy of yoga to affect profound transformation in one’s life. My clients receive personalized guidance, a holistic wellness assessment, and simple, therapeutic practice plans that fit into their lifestyle and schedules.

What are sessions like?

A typical session may include postures, breathwork, meditation, and more, all based on your goals and abilities that day. Our work treats the root of imbalance — not the symptom — to empower you to live a fulfilling, meaningful life.

Who do I work with?

With more than 1,000+ hours of training and certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I’ve worked with a wide variety of people around the world experiencing: chronic fatigue, persistent pain, pregnancy, depression, anxiety, postural concerns, trauma, headaches, as well as those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, clarify their life purpose, relax from a demanding schedule/job, and quiet an overactive inner critic.

No matter what you’re facing, I believe you are not broken and you do not need to be fixed. Whether you have a clear goal in mind for our work, or you’re still figuring that out, I’ll meet you where you’re at so you can get where you want to go.
