20-Minute Restorative Yoga With Props for Deep Relaxation

This deeply relaxing 20-minute restorative yoga with props class balances the act of doing with the relaxation of just being.

Using two bolsters and two blankets, we'll begin in Supported Child's Pose, then Surfboard and Supported Wheel with two bolsters, and finally settle into Basic Relaxation Pose. Because resting in stillness can be challenging, I'll guide you through with mindful cues to practice being with your emotions and thoughts as they arise.

We'll spend about 3 minutes in each position, making this class helpful if you feel wired or are just beginning to practice restorative yoga. May this restorative yoga with a bolster sequence (two bolsters, in fact!) offer you a new perspective and embodied feelings of deep relaxation.
