This 40-minute restorative yoga sequence is from my book Restorative Yoga: Relax. Restore. Re-energize. It's a full restorative yoga class for Grounding During Change, helping you navigate the transitions of your life with stability and presence in the face of challenges and discomfort.

As a part of nature, we're always in transition (think seasons, our moods, our relationships) but navigating those changes isn't always welcomed or comfortable. Through restorative yoga with props, you can learn the art of stillness and ease to balance anxious, unsettled, or grieving energy. Gradually, we learn to loosen control and open ourselves to new possibilities so we can take the next right action with a clear mind and heart.
