Morning Yoga Flow for Resilience + Strength

This invigorating morning yoga flow class invites you to build not just physical strength, but also emotional and mental resilience to face whatever the day’s journey brings.

We'll start by tapping into the rhythm of the breath, then move into a hip-focused sequence that strengthens and stretches. Invoking an image of strength, we'll use a mantra and Goddess Pose to invite that energy to expand within us.

My intention for these 35 minutes is for you to awake your inner strength that's been there all along — because you’re whole exactly as you are.
