15-Minute Morning Yoga and Meditation + Gratitude Journal

Start your day with gratitude in this 15-minute morning yoga and meditation practice. Pair this with gratitude journaling for a sweet morning yoga ritual that supports your mood and well-being.

This simple, yet soothing morning yoga flow keeps you low to the ground with a variety of gentle postures to awaken prana (lifeforce) throughout the whole body. Then, we'll meditate in a comfortable position using Dharmadhatu Mudra, the Gesture of Tranquility for Meditation.

By sensing into the feelings you received from your gratitude journaling you'll boost your mood, reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression, and feel more relaxed. You may enjoy using one blanket for this morning yoga class.
