I’m Caren Baginski, a writer and certified yoga teacher, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in all my years of teaching, it’s that the hardest part is often beginning.
Whether you’re swamped by a busy mind, overcome with hopelessness, or wishing you could work up the confidence to move forward toward your goals, you’re in the right place.
Because, you’re here. And being here with what is — well, that’s the the first step.
Maybe you’ve tried yoga in the past, or you’re already on the path, or you’ve recently become a yoga teacher. No matter your experience with yoga, you can always begin anew with mindfulness techniques to break out of old patterns.
So, what are you seeking?
I want to take a class with you in person.
I’d love to see you on your mat or at a workshop in Denver, Colorado. Here’s my current teaching schedule. All classes at The Freyja Project, 3456 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211.

Have you ever started a meditation practice … and then promptly stopped? The reason why isn’t because you need more motivation — it’s that you haven’t discovered the right meditation style for your brain right now.
Meditation is a proven way to rebuild the brain you want: One that’s not limited by worries and fears, but that’s calm, focused and ready to go after your goals.
In this workshop, we’ll take your New Year’s intention and build a custom meditation habit that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go. Let 2017 be the year that meditation changes everything! What you’ll learn:
- Why meditation is so beneficial and transformational
- The five styles of yogic meditation — and which one works for you right now
- How to create a sustainable daily habit with your meditation style
In Fall 2016, I co-led The Freyja Project’s inaugural 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Currently, I do not have an upcoming training scheduled.
I worry and feel scattered — my mind never turns off.
I'm feeling pretty low right now and/or hopeless.
- Why you need to say ‘enough is enough’ to yourself
- How to turn back time
- An open letter to depression
- 3 steps to evade every day doldrums
I created a 30-day online yoga and meditation course specifically for you. Learn more.
